Introduction
Crest Selection

Titan Crest
+60 Health
Titan: After taking damage, heal 1% of Maximum Health over 10s. Upon restoring 300 health, evolves into Goliath Crest.
Creep Slayer: Deal 20 extra basic damage to Minions.

Razorback
+160 Health
+10 Physical Armor
+10 Magical Armor
Active - Echidna: Gain 25% physical armor and magical armor, and reflect 15% of damage received from Enemy Heroes as true damage for 6s - 90s CD.
Creep Slayer: Deal 40 extra basic damage to Minions.
Item Build
Full Guide
1. Take Brimstone as first item it will help you stay out longer initially and will help you clear camps quicker.
No need to rush into here as you're only gaining the +40 phys and and extra 75 health from finishing it.
2. Tainted Guard or
Dynamo second pick. tainted is a must against Khaimera, I would
Dynamo though if they don't have a Khaimera, Narbash, Crunch, or just someone who really benefits off lifesteal items potentialy Feng Mao.
3. . Overlord could be a good early pick though I think you can get more value out of other items. such as
Bonesaw where you can scale more by recieving the +600 health on bonesaw.
4 PHYSICAL. typically on your 4th item keeping in mind is what Brimstone will become at some point. will be
Stonewall against a phys heave team unless the opponents carry gets fed then take
Wardens Faith to mitigate that.
4 MAGIC. Crystalline Cuirass is for close range mag users like Countess/Shinbi, this is allows full use of its pulse affix.
Void Helm is good for ranged mag users the stack based affix allows to keep up/ chase down ranged users efficiently without getting nuked right away.
Unbroken Will, if you're playing against a cc heavy team.
5. Fill as needed most likely with one of the above mentioned Items to really set the tone IE phys heavy team if you picked up stonewall early probably would be smart to pick up wardens faith late game to prevent full build carry from nuking you, etc just build against whoever is fed the most.
5.1. Augmentation
Citadel could also be a good pick here to get a little more damage out.
