Guardian Crest
+50% Base Health Regeneration
Guardian: Your next basic attack or damaging ability against an Enemy Target will restore 20 health and grant you 20 gold. Charges generate every 30s, up to a maximum of 3, and require a nearby Allied Hero within 3000u to activate. Upon granting 240 gold, evolves into Warden Crest.
Pacifist: Receive diminishing gold from excessive Minion kills.

Rift Walkers
+120 Health
+50% Base Health Regeneration
+10 Physical Armor
+10 Magical Armor
Active - Rift Snatcher: Dash forward a short distance and pull all nearby Enemy Heroes towards you - 120s CD.
Wealthy Pacifist: Increase Passive Gold Income by 50% and receive diminishing gold from excessive Minion kills.
Visionary: Gain Solstone and increase your Ward Cap from 2 to 3.

Full Guide
First ability is either stunt or healing, it depend who you r facing and how good your carry is. But i usually go stun first.max out healing first, after the stun, ult and march.
crest is also situational - i usually go Rift Walkers (really good to move people away from your cary/team).
Silentium is also a good option if you need an extra way to stop an ultimate (really good against AOE ult like gideon or kira).
first item 3 option for first item1- Requiem is the best option for mana regen, but it need to be stack to get the insane mana regen. if you decide to go this route, back when you have enough money to get
Hallowed Braid to get the stack going. wait 3 or 4 item to get requiem.2- if they have healer, very good stats3-
Galaxy Greaves, the movement speed bonuses is really good for rotation and the zerog passive is also a really good.
i usually go Hallowed Braid to a
Galaxy Greaves.
early game itemafter Hallowed Braid and
Galaxy Greaves you go tainted totems or (if you get stun a lot, you can go trusilver first)
mid gameyou get and finish Requiem.at this point you have over 20 mana regen and can keep the healing on non stop.
late gamei usually get a physical + health item to be able to keep up with carryWardens Faith,
Frostguard and
Tainted Guard are all good option. if physical damage is not a probel i either go
Raiment of Renewal or
Void Helm depending of what you need.
