Crest Selection

Consort Crest
+50% Base Mana Regeneration
Consort: Your next basic attack or damaging ability against an Enemy Target will deal 10 additional magic damage and grant you 20 gold. Charges generate every 30s, up to a maximum of 3, and require a nearby Allied Hero within 3000u to activate. Upon granting 240 gold, evolves into Keeper Crest.
Pacifist: Receive diminishing gold from excessive Minion kills.

Tranquility
+20 Magical Power
+50% Base Mana Regeneration
+10 Health and Shield Power
Active - Grace: Heal yourself and nearby Allied Heroes for 150 (+50% Magical Power) and grant affected Units 10% damage mitigation for 3s - 30s CD.
Wealthy Pacifist: Increase Passive Gold Income by 50% and receive diminishing gold from excessive Minion kills.
Visionary: Gain Solstone and increase your Ward Cap from 2 to 3.
Item Build
Full Guide
In this Narbash build we start by taking Energy Stream as his first item to help with his early game mana regeneration. Narbash mana consumption is insane and you need all the mana regen you can get. Which leads us to our second item.
Immediately at 650 gold go back and pick up a Hallowed Braid this increases mana regen for every death in the game (FRIENDLY AND ENEMY) This is massive. It pushes your mana regen early game to super high levels. This will help you support your team early and through late game.
Following your Hallowed Braid spend your gold focusing on
Truesilver Bracelet this item protects you while ulting to keep you from getting stunned out of it. Once you're stunned your ult ends. This helps you avoid that.
Finish your Requiem and your
Wellspring after this. The
Hallowed Braid you purchased earlier makes
Requiem a quick upgrade.
There's a theme to this build if you haven't noticed and it's all mana regen and +healing and shielding. You're Narbash. King of the beat. Your goal late game is to ALWAYS have your heal running. If you follow this, by late game you never have to turn it off, or if you do it's just briefly.
Your final items Crystal Tear and
Tainted Totem help finalize your healing/shielding power and reduce healing on the enemy team. Particularly good if they have a Countess/Narbash/Rampage/Khaimera/Grux.
Finally your crest. I find healing to be everything for Narbash. For this reason I take Consort Crest, into , into
Tranquility. This gives you an extra boost heal and the crest itself once again helps boost magical power and mana regeneration.
